Initial Release of OpenVBMS

OpenVBMS release for windows is now available on sourceforge. Check the www.OpenVBMS.org site. This is an initial release, if you have any issues let us know, we will address as soon as possible. This release includes source, which has not been compiled recently under linux, but is next on this list. This version was compiled under VS 2005 express sp1. Make sure you have installed VS2005 sp1 redistributable if you do not have 2005 express. If you do have 2005 express, make sure you are up to sp1.
